Complete two of our intensives,
plus additional coursework,
to meet 500-Hour Yoga
Alliance standards. Maya
Yoga's Advanced Certification,
a higher standard in Yoga
Education, includes completion
of all 5 training sessions.
Training I: Beginning the Path of Teaching with Ashtanga Yoga
No training sessions scheduled at this time.
This training will be based on the primary sequence of Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Pattabhi Jois. We will also include detailed alignment of the asanas based on principles of Iyengar Yoga.
Training II: Self-Realization through Iyengar Yoga

Strengthen your personal practice and refine your teaching credentials with this foundational training! This training will include detailed alignment principles and asanas in the tradition of Iyengar Yoga.

Cancellation Policy:
Maya Yoga reserves the
right to cancel any teacher
training or asana intensive
if there are fewer than
15 participants registered
two-weeks prior to the
event start date. Upon
cancellation, all deposits
will be returned in full.
These trainings are very
popular so this should
not be an issue.Student
cancellation is covered
on the payment and registration

Asana
Intensive Programs at
Maya Yoga Price:
$250/week or $800 for
all four Intensive Programs Daily
Schedule: Monday-Friday
from 8:00-11:00 am Accommodations:
You
are required to find your
own lodging
Practice in paradise for
one week or stay for the
full month of yoga heaven.
Morning class will be
strong so please be prepared
to focus your energy.
Please bring your own
water and a small towel.
These intensives are open
to all levels of student,
except session IV: Advanced
Maya Yoga. Otherwise,
there are no pre-requisites,
meaning that you may begin
with session II or III.
Pre-registration is required
for all sessions. Afternoons
are free to explore the
island. This is your chance
to take your personal
practice to the next level

top teachers while enjoying
