A 60 Min well rounded vinyasa flow. All levels welcome. Each class incorporates the fluidity of vinyasa (one breath to one movement) building core strength, as well as balancing movement with breath. Through concentration based on breath awareness, students find increased endurance, flexibility, circulation, and strength.
Strength & Stretch
60 Min Class. All levels welcome. Weights optional. In this class we start with 30 Mins of stretching to warm up your body. The following 30 Mins of class we will focus on more strength based exercises. We incorporate weights in our flow. You will tone up your arms, glutes, legs, and core.
60 Min Class. All levels welcome. In this class we focus on breathwork, flow, core, and inversions. This class you can challenge yourself to go deeper in your practice. We will explore binds, more variations, and a comfortable way for you to feel more creative in your practice.
60 Min class. All levels welcome. This class is heated. When practicing in the heat it improves flexibility, burns more calories, and helps to bring circulation and oxygen to blood cells. We focus on breathwork, flow, and core in this class while we sweat it out!
